No. W12 is a fully manual ear irrigation kit. It requires no batteries, charging, cords, or motor, giving you direct control over the water flow with one hand.
2. How does W12 remove earwax?
W12 uses a controlled stream of water to help loosen and rinse softened earwax from the ear canal. It does not use suction or scrape the inside of the ear.
3. What is the difference between the three nozzle types?
The 5-hole nozzle provides a wider, gentler flow, the 3-hole nozzle offers balanced rinsing, and the 1-hole nozzle delivers a more focused stream. Begin with the gentlest option and increase only if it feels comfortable.
4. How do I control the water pressure?

5. What type of water should I use?

Empty both chambers, rinse the tank and removable nozzles thoroughly, and allow all parts to air-dry completely. For better hygiene, assign each user a separate silicone tip and replace tips when worn.
