This tool was great for wiping out any ear wax until it stopped taking a charge. I’ve tried every USB-C charger in my house (including my laptop charger) and nothing is working. I purchased in December and it already stopped working in March.
I absolutely love this product! The camera quality is super clear and it’s very easy to connect to the phone. The tips are soft and comfortable, so it cleans well without hurting. It feels high quality and the battery lasts a long time. Definitely recommend it!

If you produce a healthy amount of earwax, this thing is for you. I have used the Q-Tip's many times, and they generally work, until many uses cause wax buildup in the canal and you have to either use debrox or head to the ENT to pull out the wax. Instead, I was able to pull out the wax at home. Also, now I prefer to use these to give my ears a cleaning instead of the Q-tip at all. So effective, amazing.

easy to use good camera
It’s only Day 1 but definitely not a purchase I regret the clarity is unmatched as others have mentioned it does get quite warm fast, but it’s not a scorch to touch comfortable warm. I recommend using a cloth or something that does not shed so easy like toilet tissue because particles of tissue will stick to your wax and then you will be putting tissue in your ear lolI bought this one for its tweezers which you will need for wax that won’t scrape up easy. Also, I thought say a piece did fall off in my ear I could use the tweezers to get it out. I thought the price might be high, but it’s on par for what it can do, and the video quality is higher than the normal 1080p. Real easy to set up and if you don’t have WiFi you can use your cellular data for the app to activate video.The piece where you screw on the different ear tools looks flimsy and if not careful easy to wear down the ridges if handled roughly but we will see how that goes….One thing I did do was put the camera in my hair wow I’ve never seen one of my strands up close and I’m happy to report my hair follicles look healthy yea the camera is just that good! Just buy it you won’t regret it I promise I’m a skeptic with everything and search like devices before I settle on one and I made the right choice.
I had a previous version of this tool that was lost in a move. I liked the camera of the previous when I compare images; but the storage container and the added guard are worth the updates. I do still wish the camera was a clear as the images from previous versions though.
Works well. It's funny, I will scoop some wax which looks huge on the phone. I then get it out and it's small. Still, it serves it's purpose.

I really wanted to love this ear wax cleaner with camera and light, but it is not the breakthrough I expected.The device connected quickly to my iPhone and provided a clear HD video image. However, it emits a pinpoint beam of light, illuminating only what is precisely in front of it. It does not by any means emit a wide beam of light in the ear. So, if you are looking for a device to light up the interior of the ear to identify where wax or flakes are located, this isn’t the tool for you.Since that is why I bought the ear cleaner, it is a complete disappointment. Now I will have to trek back to the ENT doctor for another $400 ear cleaning treatment. Bummer.
